Short version: we collect as little as possible, we do not sell anything to anyone, and the email addresses your customers give you belong to you, not to us.
What we collect from you, our customer
- Your email address, when you start a trial or write to us.
- Your business name and logo, so the app can be branded as your lounge.
- Billing details, if you subscribe. These are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Basic usage information, such as whether the app is being opened, so we know it is working.
What we do not collect
Your cigar list, your settings, and the customer emails you gather live on your own device. We do not upload them, read them, or keep a copy.
Your customers' email addresses
When a guest in your lounge enters their email, that address is yours. We process it only to send the message you have configured, on your behalf. We do not market to your customers, do not add them to any list of ours, and do not share or sell their details to anyone. You can export or delete that list at any time.
Who we share information with
Only the services needed to run the product:
- Stripe, for payments.
- Resend, to deliver email.
- Netlify, to host the website and the app.
That is the whole list. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Cookies
The website uses no advertising or tracking cookies. The app stores your settings on your own device so it remembers your lounge between visits.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@humidorconciergeapp.com and we will action it. If you are in California, the EU, or the UK you have specific rights under your local law, and we will honor them regardless of where you are.
Children
This product is sold to licensed tobacco retailers and is not intended for anyone under 21. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top and, if the change is significant, email you about it.
